The Executive and management team are responsible for the day to day operation of the charity.
Dr Paul E Boscott BA MA Dphil(Oxon) ASIP MRSC
Dr Boscott spent eight years at Oxford University and twenty years in the City. He headed European Active Equities for Barclays Global Investors and ran an independent investment management company for a decade. He gained an in-depth knowledge of financial products and specialized in the effects of risk, fees and costs on fund performance. He is a member of the Royal Society of Chemistry and the Society of Investment Professionals.
Stuart Phillips BA Hons (Finance)
Stuart has worked in finance for fifteen years at companies including SBC Warburg, First Quadrant, Insinger de Beaufort, BNP Paribas and an independent investment management company. He has a degree in finance from Bournemouth University
Rebecca Boscott BA (Hons) ACA MIoD
Rebecca is a qualified Chartered Accountant with a specialism in financial services. She co-founded Oxford & Cambridge Investment Management in 2000 and was Finance Director and Chief Operating Officer until 2007 when the business was transferred to Bank Insinger de Beaufort. She remained with the Dutch bank for two years heading operations for the OCIM business unit.
Rebecca has had a twenty year career in The City and since leaving Insinger has consulted to a range of regulated start-ups. She is currently the Finance Director for a small investment firm. Rebecca is a member of the Institute of Directors, the ICAEW and the Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment. Rebecca has done regular charity work for three years and was part of the team that created FairLife.
Keith Jordan BA (Oxon) MA (Oxon)
Keith spent his career in the finance industry. He headed UK Active Equities for Barclays Global Investors before launching his own investment management business in partnership with Man Group. He came away from the City to complete a Masters in Economic History, for which he gained a distinction, and to set up a manufacturing business (The Cordoba Tile Company).
Lucie spent her career in the finance industry. She worked initially for BARRA International before being head hunted to build and manage institutional pension and hedge fund portfolios for Barclays Global Investors. She stayed with BGI for ten years and helping to create the largest money manager in the World. Lucie left the City to futher her career as an author and is currently writing a novel set against the backdrop of international financial services.
