About Pension Funding Mark

The Pension Funding Mark recognises firms, at the forefront of corporate social responsibility, who offer to share the retirement burden more equally with their employees.

An employer qualifies for a FairLife Pension Funding Mark if they pay or offer to match pensions contributions of 5%.

The Pension Funding Mark also has an educational element, being designed to raise public awareness of pension funding.  We see this as the heart of the private pension problem: for many the contributions are simply too low.
